Do I need to remove my drivers before switching video cards?

Ok, on a upgrade from a 6600gt to a 7800gt do I need to remove the nv drivers before I install the new card, or can I let it installed, since it is the same driver the 7800gt will use?

not really. The drivers shoudl autodetect the change, but for the most part, it's usually a good idea.
