Do I need to match the CAS Latency?

I have 4, 240-pin ram slots in my computer. Currently, two of them are filled with 1GB sticks of Crucial Ballistix. (BL2KIT12864AA804) Link to Memory

This memory seems to be out of stock. What kind of memory can I pair this with? (Looking to double my RAM to 4GBs total, so I need two additional sticks of 1GB each).

I originally bought this "high performance" memory because I was going to overclock, but that has not been the case. Thus, I just need stable performance, overclocking doesn't matter. Also, I prefer to order from ZZF or Newegg.com.

TIA!

Any of those should work for you. Technically speaking, all DDR2 modules should work together. A CL4 should just up it's latency to match a CL5, but it doesn't always work like that. The ones in the link are DDR2-800, CL4, 2.0V just like your ballistix.
