Do I need to install Via 4 in 1 drivers in W2K under MSI K7T Pro2A

Absolutely, install it before you install anything else.

No you dont,All you need is the Agp driver

Uh... you'll need the busmaster driver too if you want to have a remote chance of getting 686B to work right.

The "new" busmaster driver also turns your optical devices into SCSI...do not install it. I installed the 3.27's w/ everything except the busmaster driver.

I as well do not advise using the new busmaster drivers.

About half the times my DVD drive spun up, it locked the computer up to the point of having to hit the switch on the power supply to power down. I reverted back to the MS busmaster drivers and that solved the problem.

As others said above, the AGP driver and the INF file are the only things that I install.
