Is it dangerous to install the Win NT Adaptec ASPI32.exe file in Windows 2000? I already have Easy CD Creator 4 installed as well, but people are telling me to install ASPI32.exe despite the warning. The Adaptec ASPI checker states I have no valid ASPI files present by the way, but I'm not sure if it's regarding WinNT only.
 
I did it with w2k beta,rc, rc2 and w2k, w2k sp1, w2k sp2. All the time it works just fine and reliably. I need it for my adaptec software that came iwth my HP 8200.

I recently reinstalled and I just put nero on instead.

Stoopid incomplete drivers. :| Wasted several hours of my life over this little program.
