Here is the basics of my system.

ABit IT7-MAX2 v2 (love this thing!!!)
512MB Corsair PC3500 DDR
PNY 64MB GeForce4 Ti4200 @ minor O/C of 259/544

Here are the BIOS settings:

CPU VCore set to 1.5----is 1.47V
FSB/AGP/PCI- 151/66/33
PCI Bus- 33MHz (fixed)
Multiplier- x19
DRAM Ratio H/W Strap- High
DRAM Ratio- 4:5
DRAM Volt. - 2.5V
Timings- 2/6/2/2
System BIOS Cacheable- Disabled
Video BIOS Cacheable- Disabled
Delay Prior To Thermal- 16min
AGP Aperture- 64MB

Is there anything I should change? I'm going to be overclocking more....I think i need to increase the vcore...

your RAM can run faster
you can increase your RAM speed by selecting 3:4 DRAM Ratio
Currently, according to your specs, your RAM is running at 188.75MHz
by changing to a 3:4 DRAM ratio, your RAM will run at 201.33MHz which is closer to your RAM's rated speed

Try 2.6 - 2.7 on the VDimm. If that doesn't work, you may have to slow down the ram timings.
