Do i need the creative cloud membership?

Adobe premier is 20 dollars a month

But around 10 more apps is only 30 more dollars

If im doing video editing, which ones will i be using?
 
I do the entire suite because I use Photoshop as well as Premiere, After Effects and occasional use of Acrobat Pro.
 
ok, so I canceled the creative cloud membership.

Kind of off topic but i can use a bamboo tablet with gimp right?
