I'm building a new system and wanted to use a used AIO water cooler I bought off here. I have the MB setup with PSU and case headers attached, but no CPU installed.

I can't get the water cooler or case fans to spin up. I take it I have to have the CPU installed for this to happen?

Almost all motherboards out there will not power on without a CPU installed, so that's likely the reason in your case.

Just jump ps_on to ground, you can run your psu without a board, will have to power fans from adaptors and not motherboard, but it'll work
