I have a Netgear RT311 router sharing my DSL service for a few Win98/Win2k systems. The router comes with default filters for blocking of NetBIOS on the WAN and LAN sides, and Telnet, FTP and Web from the WAN side. Question: Should I have any more filters, or is this enough? I don't need to run any kind of servers (although ZoneAlarm firewall considers my ad blocking software and direct file transfers through AIM to be servers).
