My system consists from:

Silverstone TJ-10 (2 fans)
ASUS P5E3 Deluxe mobo
Ultra X3 800wt PSU
XFX 8800 GT 512mb
Asus D2 audiocard
Q6600 with Zalman 9500
2x1gb QCZ 1600
Two HDs - 150gb Raptor
and 750gb Seagate

I'm planning overclocking just to 3ghz-3.5ghz for CPU.

Do I need more fans to install? Is there real benefit from these fans?
There are options to put one exrea fan between HDs and 2 fans on the top of case. And if "yes", can you recommend some really good and quiet fans for SS TJ-10?

Thank you!

For OCing the CPU, perhaps a stronger fan right on the CPU's heatsink would be the hot ticket. Not easy to replace the integrated fans on Zalmans with other brands, but it can be done. The stock Zalman fan (indeed most 12V fans) can be overvolted to 13.5V or so without damage. Might be something to try before replacing the fan entirely. Only mess with your other cooling if upgrading the fan on the CPU doesn't take care of it. May need to power up your main intake fan to supply the extra air for the CPU fan to move. If so, try the Cooler Master 110 CFM fans I reviewed here:
http://www.techimo.com/reviews/ - they are the two in the top gallery. BTW, the LED version of the 110 CFM fans is on sale at SVC.com right now for $9.99.
. Instructions for modding non-Zalman fans to work on their heatsinks are around the web.

No matter how powerful your cpu cooler fans, they only affect the delta between the air inside your case, and your core temps. After you build, open your case and compare core temps. I saw a 5 c improvement, which told me the ambient temp inside my closed case was higher than the room ambient temp. Yes, in this case you need more or better ventilation.
