Do I need more cables?

I bought a "Digital Coaxial Audio RCA CL2 Rated Cable - RG6/U 75ohm S/PDIF Subwoofer - 12ft " for my subwoofer, but after looking at the back of the sub there are a lot more connections than that for my one cable! 🙂

I see four inputs that look like RCA and then two black/red ones that look like speaker wire can go into it.

Do I need to buy more cables and if so which ones? All of the outputs confuse me.

You just need the one.

It will connect from the Subwoofer output on your receiver to one of the RCA INPUTS (rather than OUTPUTS) on the back of the sub. Usually the left (white) RCA Input is recommended.

EDIT: Once you have it connected, try the crawl around the room test I mentioned in my thread and then stick it in that position and get your phase / delay adjusted.

So I just stick the sub on my couch and see where it sounds the best? There really aren't too many places in the room to put the sub so I might be limited to where space permits.
