Do I need extra fans for my sonata II case /AMD computer?

Do I really need extra fans for my sonata II case and AMD 64 3200+ venice core computer? My case comes with 1 120 mm rear fan, and my amd cpu comes with a stock HSF.

Will my stock gear work out well because I won't be overclocking anytime soon and I just want to get it running at stock speeds. I do care about heating problems and noise, but not to the point where I need the most expensive or all the best gear to get it as quiet and cool as possible.

What do you guys think?

The case will be fine, but I dont know how quiet the stock HS/f will be compared to your 7700's/Xp120's.

i dont have any 7700's or xp's, at least not yet. If it bothers me, then I might invest in the zalman.

You may want to add an intake fan, but it's not all that important.

the intake fan goes in the front, near the bottom.
