Do I need case fans

I planning to buy a Lian Li Silver Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Case, Model "PC-7 A Plus" and it has a optional 1x120mm and 1x80mm. Should I buy one of each if I don't plan to overclock anytime soon are there any pros and cons?

I would recommend at least one exhaust fan besides the one in the PSU. Back in the day, the PSU fan was a honking noisy beast as it was usually the only fan in the case and had to do the whole job of cooling the PSU and the case too. Now the fans in the PSUs are usually thermally controlled and are often barely up to the task of keeping just the PSU itself cool.
. Close to ideal for a 'normal' mid-tower case is one intake fan mounted low in the front and one exhaust fan (besides the PSU fan) mounted high in the rear. Other fans are optional and may add to or detract from overall cooling. I sort of like coolcases.com's idea of a low-speed "stirring" fan mounted totally inside the case on like a Zalman bracket just to keep the air inside the case mixing around to avoid eddies of hot stagnant air from developing.

No, you wont need another fan If you are not overclocking.

I would get fans..........very quiet fans in the 20 dba level.

Cooler air moving through your system is always a good idea.

I have a 120mm and 92 mm fan (I don't overclock either), and both are lower RPM fans are barely audible.
