Do I Need Better Cooling?

My 633 runs rock stable at 950 @1.85v with the stock heatsink/fan/thermal paste. Don't know what the cpu temp is. Is there any point in replacing the thermal paste or getting a golden orb?

Yes. You can never do too much to cool your CPU, especially if you're overclocking the chip. Golden Orb is not what you'd call a hard-core HS/F tho. I like it and use it because I have a slot-1 board, and it(the orb) doesn't stick out into my memory chips.
