Do I need an Upgrade?!?!

My question is if you guys think it would be worth it to upgrade to an AGP 6600 gt or 6800 vid card. I think I want to wait a little longer to upgrade to a new PC (Windows Vista) and I was wondering if an AGP card could play FEAR at decent settings. I really don't want to spend money on a expensive video card with dying technology (AGP)...
 
I would either wait to build a new system, or you could build one now because most of the current rigs will be able to run Vista quite well. Don't throw away any more money on AGP.
