Do I need an ATX 12V 2.0 compatable supply?

Do I need an ATX 12V 2.0 compatable power supply to allow for future compatablity? I am looking to get a new powersupply but I am unsure on what to get. This will be for an athlon 64 system. What are some good 2.0 supplies if I need one? Thank you.

This is a topic for Cases & Cooling. Plenty of threads re. power supplies. Most good mobos will use the P4 12V connector. Generally, I won't buy one without it.
