Do I need all this in my startup?

I just updated my video card drivers and so they automaticatically put some stuff back in the start up.

I was just wondering what all i really need and what is just wasting my time.

Here's what I've got:

AtiCwd32 (vid card)
Atiptaxx (vid card)
AtiQiPcl (vid card)
EM_EMEC (trackball mouse)
LoadPowerProfile (no idea)
ScanRegistry (think I need these last three, but not sure)
System Tray
TaskMonitor

Any comments and/or explanations for what each does are appreciated.

Yes, the last 3 are important.

EM-EXEC allows you to customize how your mouse functions, probably keep that too.

No experence with all that video card crap. You can always try taking them out, seeing if it works ok, and putting them back in if it screws up.

I have an ATI video card and have that ATI junk in there as well. :|
