Do I need all these processes?

This is what I'm running upon bootup. Do I need all of these processes? What ones can I safely kill? Is there a way to set it so they don't run upon bootup?

Right-click on "My Computer" and select "administrate" (or something like that - I'm running the German version). That should open a window, select services and there's a list of available services to the right. Now just deactivate those which you don't need - don't worry, you cannot deactivate crucial things.
