I have a 250W Sparkle PSU. Lately I have been getting some BSOD's. Do you think that my 250W PSU has enough power for my system?

T-Bird 800MHz @ 1GHz
MSI K7T PRO2-A
128MB RAM
Voodoo3 3000
Sound Blaster PCI128
56K Modem
10/100 NIC
20GB 7200RPM ATA/100 HDD
50X CDROM
8X4X32 CDRW

If I need a new PSU a local computer shop has a Enermax EG351P-VE for $48.00. Is it a good PSU?

Your PS *should* be good enough, I mean sparkle's are really good quality PS's.
It's coming close to your PS's limits...but not overloading it yet.
That Enermax is a great PS, especially for that price.

250W is really at its limit for your system's config.
the BSOD may or maynot come from that...but it's definately a potential source.

upgrading to the Enermax350W is definately a good choice and will help to reduce the BSOD. Enermax makes some of the best PSU. 350W will definately give your system some breathing space.

I myself use a Enermax450W power supply. i'd like to minimize the possiblities of crashes especially when I overclock to the limit.
