Do I need a new PSU?

Okay, my specs are:

Athlon 64 3000+ 2.0ghz 512kb Clawhammer S754, 1024mb Corsair Valueselect DDR400, Asus K8V, BFG Geforce 6800GT OC 256mb (410mhz gpu/1.1ghz mem), 80gb WD 8mb ATA100 HD, Logitech z5300 5.1 THX speakers, Sennheiser HD477, BenQ FP937s, Audigy 2ZS, Enermax 350w 26A 12V rail, Win XP Pro SP2.

I am wondering if I actually need a new power supply or not. 350w Enermax powering quite a bit. I can get a 485w Enermax with dual 12V rails but I'm not sure if I need it. I haven't really experienced any power issues, my machine used to randomly reboot during games sometimes, but I believe that was a video card issue. It rarely RARELY happens anymore. Reboots also happen when I maximize Limewire while playing a game like CSS but that is likely program related, correct?

And this is the n00b question:
-If I were to unplug say an optical drive and floppy drive, would it give me any more watts? Or do those devices only draw power when they are active?

And 1 more question...
I want to get a VF700 vga cooler fan for my 6800gt as it's pretty loud. Would that draw a lot more power than the stock fan?; Would I need a new PSU for sure if I bought the new VGA cooler?

Optical drives draw a negligable amount when they're not active - and cooling fans also dont draw significant power.

edit: In saying that, if you have doubts you may as well get a new PSU. You have a reasonably high end PC - doesn't it make sense to keep the thing that's powering it up to scratch? You wouldn't buy a 600hp car and run it on ULP would you?

Yep, your enermax should be plenty for that, I ran a 2.8ghz Prescott @3.5ghz with a 6800GT and 2 raptors on a 350w enermax.
