Do I need a new PSU?

I currently own a Antec TruePower 430. My rig has been running fine since until I believe since I bought more ram. My computer would restart randomly.

Abit IS7
Intel 2.6c 800mhz
2x 512mb Corsair XMS CMX256a-3200LLPT
(I can't seem to overclock these guys past 212 without memory error)
1x Sony DVD+-R/W
1x Sony DVD-rom/cd-rw
1x Samsung SATA 160gb
SB Audigy 2 ZS
2x case fans + Koolance Exos

I think I left my vdimm at 2.8v at the time while running 2x256mb corsair XMS and I installed 2x 512mb DDR400 Corsair Value ram at the time. While writing this post, some ideas come to mind that I need to test out. I do plan to overclock some and wondering if I should go for a higher amp for my 12v rail.

Probably your memory holding you back. Did you lock your AGP/PCI at 66/33? Try running at a divider. Most 2.6c should hit 250FSB (3.25) with no problem and no vcore adjustment.

with a koolance? i'd be going for 4ghz
the koolance is not being powered by the psu in any way though right?

ram doesnt take that much power, only about 10-15w

I did lock my AGP/PCI at 66/33 and ran a divider 5:4 was able to hit 250FSB no problem and was able to run prime95 for 24 hours or so, but that was a year ago or so. Do computer run better of cpu:mem run sync?

Hummm.... well my koolance is power by my psu through a molex.
