Do I need a new PSU?

-quite a few fans
-DVD drive

Current PSU is a 450w Xclio. All up until now its been stable running a x1800xt(512) for about a year now.

You think I need to get a higher watt PSU? Or should the Xclio do?

IIRC that's a CWT built psu with Fuhjyyu caps inside. As long as it's functional it will power your G92 just fine.
