Do I need a new power supply or is it something else?

I just recently (tonight) upgraded to a Radeon 9700 Pro from a Geforce 4 Ti4400. Everything seemed okay, and is okay, when I browse the net or whatnot, but as soon as try to play Command and Conquer: Generals or Unreal Tournament 2003, it runs okay for a couple secs, short freeze, runs okay for a couple seconds, freezes, rinse and repeat. I don't understand what's going on as these games worked fine when I had my Geforce 4. Is this small addition of power too much for my power supply? My power supply came with my case and is a Turbolink 430W supply. I am running the Catalyst 3.1 drivers.

My stats are:

Athlon XP 2200+
Asus A7V333
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro
120GB Western Digital
Sound Blaster Audigy

My voltages also seem a little screwy which is why I think it may be the power supply.
+12V 13.376
+5V 4.999
+3V 3.28
VCore 1.696

What should I do?

Could be PS, but I don't think so... that 12V seems a bit high tho... 430W should be plenty, but I have no idea of the quality of a Turbolink.

What did you do when you got the new card? If you didn't already, you really need to do a format and re-install as it is very difficult to get rid of all instances of the Detonator Drivers and they will not like your ATI hardware.
