Do I need a new MB for a Radeon 9500 pro?

I have an Epox 8k7a and I want to upgrade my video card. I am wondering if I need to upgrade my Mother board at the same time.

Whle I'm asking, does anybody know if a Video Card can affect gamepad operation while playing games? I can't use a USB gamepad (and that's all I have) with games that use Direct x 8.1. Some sort of software issue, but I haven't found anyone that know hpw to resolve this.
 
You might want to go to the Video Card's official website and ask them on a possible solutions. Or, you might want to check out the gamepad's Official site. They should know how to relieve you of this problem.
