Do I need a new cooling fan?

Since the day I received my new barebone kit from Americancomputech, the cooling fan for the processor has been
super loud. I could hear it outside my room. It's a Duron 900 and a ECS motherboard, I forget the model number.
And I dont remember what the manufacturer of the current cooling fan is. Anyways, it's very annoying if I just wanna
leave the PC on to download or listen to music. Should I just purchase another cooling fan that is more expensive?
 
If the fan is annoying, replace it. Measure the fan if you don't know the exact size, then go to 2cooltek.com or coolerguys.com and buy a replacement.
