Can lead to random crashes, data corruption, hard disk errors, video corruption, etc. Just about anything that can go wrong with a PC could be caused by extreme EMI.
 
u dont need a new cause. u could easily do what i do and mod your case. go to www.overclockers.com and see about case cooling.

off hand suggestions. try to clear up some of dat cable clutter, try to tape some of the wires to behind the motehr board plate and on the top and bottom of your case.
2nd drill a 120 mm hole at the side of your case so that the center of the hole is directly over the center of your video card, then add a 120 mm fan blowing inwards.
Install a pci slot exhaust fan.
Upgrade your cpu heat fan.
Remove the plate shields that are infront your fans, the decrease air flow alot.

But for the luv of god CLEAR UP THOSE WIRES =)
