Do i need a new case and PSU?

I have a generic case that initially carried a p2 and i have since upgraded to p3 coppermine (700--->933)and now am looking to move up to a p41.8a and oc it. I have a Enermax EG-351P-VE (Dual fans, 350w i think). I am already gonna get a new mobo (P4T533), some RDRAM 1066 (would DDR get same performance? would RDRAM limit OCing potential?)and ofcourse the CPU (would i need a HS or would it come with the CPU?). ON top of these would i need a new case and PSU?

Since you had a coppermine in there it sounds like an ATX case so you should be fine with it. You can use your power supply even if it doesn't have the P4 connector as long as you get a motherboard that will support a standard molex connector in its place.
