Here is my current build. Do I need heatsink if I am not going to overclock and run only one GPU?

- Noctua Dual 120mm Fans High Performance Cooler

Anything else do I need to change on this build?

No OC? The stock HS/F *will* do fine, although I'm not a big fan of the design. Looking at the rest of your build, I'd get a decent aftermarket air cooler just to balance it.

The stock hsf will work fine but if you want it really quiet then a low cost hsf is a great investment. Most cool better than the stock hsf as well so you get cool and quiet performance over and above the stock hsf.

Depends on your case. I had wires running everywhere blocking airflow inside a decently sized case and the stock heatsink would begin to scream after a while.

Invest $30 and get a coolermaster 212.

Thanks.

I guess this cooler is overkill??

depends on how your gonna oc.

Also depends on how much noise you like.

That sink is better the freezer. But at the same time almost costs 3x as much.
