Do I need a fan on Radeon LE?

I just got Radeon LE and installed it. Flashed BIOS and enabled hyper-z.
But when I touched the heatsink, it seems very hot. I didn't overclock it.

Is this mormal? or Do I need a fan??

If you flashed the bios with a normal Radeon bios, you increased the clock speed from 148 to 166 MHz. This should be ok with the heatsink it has assuming you have at least decent airflow in your case.

I would, then you could overclock it to at least 185MHz and not have to worry about it.
