Do i need a bigger PSU?

I'm going to be upgrading my vid card soon, so i got a little worried about power consumption.

my rig:
PSU: Antec SL350S (350w)
Athlon 64 3200+
1 gig cheap ram
1 SATA hd
1 PATA hd
sound card
9800 pro
1 optical drive

I'm gonna be upgrading to an x800xt aiw. (agp)

I figure since my comp has been running fine in the above setup for a while, it'll be no problem, but what do you guys think?

If it is a qulity PSU ... you sholud be OK.
But I will go for a 400W or more.

Yes I would bump up that Power supply to a bit above 400
