What brand and model of 300W unit do you have? What's your CPU? Welcome to the forums, by the way :)

The Enhance 300W is actually pretty good (some people say it's a little loud for them) and should get the job done adequately. If you planned to add a couple more memory modules and another hard drive, that could start to push the limits (up to 15W actual load per memory module, up to 12W per hard drive). That's skimming the surface a bit, but I hope it's a help.

If you want to make sure that you have enough power for the next several years, there's a good buy on Antec TruePower 430's at Amazon.com. Here's the Hot Deals thread about that: $66 shipped for a $90+ PSU and these are backed by a 3-year warranty, have two dual-ball-bearing fans, run super-quiet, and have very good regulation and real-world power. And more. To get the needed discount code, search the (fat wallet dot com) forum for "AMEX" to find an Amazon discount code that actually works with VISA and MC as well. I wish I had some extra money floating around to pick up one of these.
