Do I have to return the DVD to the same Blockbuster it was rented from?

No, you don't have to return it to the same location. You *can* return it to another location.

However, you'll soon be charged with buying the DVD after it's been late for over a week.
 
I once returned a video to the wrong blockbuster (it was an accident though, I was returning it for someone else and they didn't specify), but I called them and they had someone going to the other one so they returned it for me. 😀

Right. No late fees. But, if you keep the movie more than a week beyond the expected return date, your credit card gets charged as if you'd bought it from them.
