Do I have to reinstall Windows XP Professional after an upgrade?

Hi, I'm planning to upgrade just my CPU(AMD X2 to Intel Q6600), motherboard(AM2 to LGA775) and RAM. I'm still using the same hard drive and I was wondering if I have to reinstall Windows XP Professional after the upgrade. Thanks in advance.

Its possible you might not, but usually with a change of motherboard you do have to. Even if it works without reinstalling, you will probably get a more stable setup if you reinstall.
