Do i have to reinstall windows after i upgrade motherboard?

I am wondering if i have to reinstall windows media edition after i install a new motherboard and RAM, but useing the same hd,psu,cpu,gpu, etc, and my motherboards are kind of similar my current one right now is a chipset 945p and my new motherboard is a 945gc...i dont have a windows disk because my original computer, a dell, never came with one and i cant recieve one from them.

If you're very lucky, MAYBE not, but usually only works if your new board uses the same or a very similar chipset from the same maker. If you want to save time and be sure you won't encounter future problems, do a clean install. It's worth it. :)

If the driver is the same, no. Go to the motherboard websites & compare the drivers. They may be the same.

Anothe way is to uninstall previous hardware drivers before the last shutdown, then swaps parts.
