Do I have to re-register Windows XP Home after a clean install?

I just finished doing a clean install and during the initial setup I skipped the registration. I was going to wait until everything was setup before registering. Anyway, I can't find any option to register. Is this because I had already registered this version of XP? I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I created a SP1 boot disc using my Dell OEM version of Windows XP Home. Anyone know what's going on or if this is normal?
 
I was never asked to activate XP and I can't find anything that says anything about activation or registration.
 
Until you activate you should get a pop up reminder every so often. Been a while I don't remember but I think you get 14 days to activate it.

hmm, well dell OEM copy of xp doesn't need active user activation so if you slipstreamed sp1 into that copy then my guess is you still wouldn't be asked to activate!
