Do I have to pay for RMA shipping?

I got this email regarding my request for an RMA:

Please securely pack the item(s) and write the RMA# CLEARLY on the outside of the packaging box; Ship insured & freight prepaid WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES in its original box to:

ZipZoomFly

Newark, CA 94560

**The RMA# is valid for 10 days only.**

**S/H handling fees are non-refundable.**

**The item(s) returned must be in like new condition with complete

accessories.**

**Charges will occur for items returned without complete accessories

included.**

**ZipZoomFly will not accept physical damaged or misused items.**

**15% restocking fee applies to all refunds, please review our return

**The status of a return may be checked by logging into the account on the

It is telling YOU to ship it, pay for the insurance and do NOT send it as C.O.D.

Only way they'll ever pay for S&H is if they made a mistake on the shipment. At least that was the case for me with another online retailer. They're all a bit different.

You pay to ship to them and they pay to ship back to you. That's the way it has always worked for me, anyway (Crucial & Newegg).
