Do I have to have a Heatsink??

I was about to place my order for the AMD 64 2800 - Retail version and see in the system buyer's guide that "Heat Sinks" are listed too.

If I get the Retail version, do I need to buy a separate HeatSink?? Doesn't the Retail come with it.

btw, I am not gonna overclock or anything like that for a while at least.

A retail CPU will come with a heatsink, and it'll be fine if you don't intend to overclock.
