Do I have to flash to a new BIOS??

Why should I?
I'm using A7V rev 1.04, BIOS ver 1005c

it is recomended not to flash to new bios unless your current system is having problems. because alot of things can go wrong, and in some cases you have to even order a new bios chip to replace yours.

I would suggest checking out what the new BIOS fixes. Upgrading BIOS on the A7V is super easy. I have done it in W2K a few times already and never seem to have any problems.

Boot the board and find out the BOIS version, check the versions more recent than yours and the benifits. Some MB's it will be a must to flash, some it won't be necessary.
