On 64-bit Windows 7, the 64-bit system binaries go into the "System32" directory, and the 32-bit system binaries go into the "SysWow64" directory?
 
Yes you do have it right. I know its backwards but its that way for some compatibility reasons. I had found a article a while back explaining it but cant find it at the moment.
