Do I have pinkeye? Or is it something else?

Well my left eye on the outside a few days(Wednesday) ago started to get pinkish with the vessels in the white part of the eye becoming very apparent. The red lines are jetting from teh back of the eye all the way to the Iris?(the colored part). It felt very itchy and it was like somwething was in it, but there wasn't it. My left eye is not as pink as it used to be, but now my right eye on the inside is becoming pink and itchy/burning. It feels like both eyes are covered in mucous, but there not. Is it probably pink or something else? Should I go to the doctor or wait it out? I have never had pinkeye so I don't know what it looks like. Sorry no pics, no digital camera

More than likely pinkeye from watch you described. See an eye doctor anyway.

do you wake up in the morning and have to chip through your eye crust with a screwdriver? if your answer is yes them you have conjunctivitis! (pinkeye)

Yes, most likely pink eye. You can get polysporin/neosporin drops from the pharmacy and they should clear it up just as well as what the doctor will prescribe you!

Sounds like pink eye.

Don't rub your eye. Also, if you use the drops make sure that you wash your hands before and after, since you will have to hold your eye open.
