Willamette: 0.18-micron , 256KB of L2, 1.4 GHz to 2.0 GHz
Northwood: 0.13-micron , 512KB of L2, 2.0 GHz on up...

and:

1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 = Willamette
2.0A, 2.2, 2.4 = Northwood (100MHz FSB)
2.4B, 2.53 = Northwood (133MHz FSB)

I saw someplace claiming to sell 512KB P4 1.8 GHz CPU's. Are they just stupid?

That 2.2b is actually a 2.26ghz...there is no combination of 133fsb and 2.2ghz clock...
