do i have enough room for a 7900GT????

i just noticed that my comp doesent have to much room for these new big cards. i measured from were my current chip starts (x300 SE PCI EXP) to were my HD slots start and i got 10 inches exactly, ive seen how big these new cards have been getting and this is the last thing that i thought about... can anyone with a EVGA 7900 GT KO measure from where the chip starts and ends? much appreciated guys!

PS my x300 is 6 3/4

You will have plenty of room, I think the GT is something like 8 inches ....maybe 7 1/2. Your fine

I just measured my X1800 XL and it is EXACTLY 9 inches long. The 7900 GT is shorter by a inch maybe more.

how long is the radeon 1900XTX, my ATX cabinet which isn't too big is just about able to fit it
