Do I have enough power?

I've got a 300W enermax PSU. I was just wondering if I'm kinda underpowered. I've been having some issues with my motherboard lately, which has caused me to RMA it twice. Let me know what you guys think. Specs are

Pentium 4 1.6A@2.4GHz Vcore = 1.675 V with AVC Sunflower
ASUS P4B266
512MB kingston DDR
Gainward GeForce4 Ti-4200
SB Live! + Live Drive II
D-Link NIC (530-TX i think)
LeadTek WinFast TV2000XP TV Tuner
DigiDoc 5
Pioneer 16X 106s DVD drive
Acer 10x8x32x CD-RW drive
40GB IBM 60GXP
60GB Maxtor DiamondMax
And a dead floppy drive which I don't use anyway

It should be "okay" but to be sure I'd consider getting at least 350 watts from Antec or Enermax. I'm using the Antec TruePower 430 watts and I'm very happy with it so far.... see what other people say but I've read that to reach 2.4 and beyond you should have a 350watts PSU....

If you're running 2 hdd's and 2 drives, a gForce 4 and overclocked cpu. Yes, you will probably need more power.

I'm not a power expert by any means, but running all of that equipment will require more. Go to at least 400W p/s, that should do the trick!😉
