Do I have enough fans?

Right now I have two 92mm fans blowing out the back and then one on the power supply blowing out. It is a mid-size case and seems to be cool but I cannot tell the proc temp because my mobo doesn't support it. I was thinking about adding another 92mm over the proc blowing in and then putting one in the bottom front, also blowing in. Since I am running stable should I add more fans. I know it can't hurt to add fans, just want to know if I should.

I would try to get a 120mm fan in the front and perhaps another 92mm on the side panel blowing at the vid card. Try to have the same air flow (cfm) blowing in as out. If you have to then have the in air flow be more than out air flow. Before I entered the realm of peltier and water cooling (now I have a redundant water/peltier system with one system cooling the other which in turns cool the core), I used to have 1 120mm fan blowing in from bottom front, 1 120mm blowing in from the side, 2 92mm on the back blowing out, one 92mm blowing out from the top side panel. It made a lot of noise though but the case was always within a degree or two of ambient temp.

If all your fans are currently exhausting air, definatley add at least 2 92mm fans to intake(probably one in the bottom front of the case, and the other on a side panel...) If its runnign fine, you really don't have to, but its a generally good idea to have some more intake fans.

i am assuming you have hot weather at the moment. If you feel that your case is hot to the touch or any of the components are, adding some intakes like MW2 said would be a good idea.

It might be handy to ensure yourself of the need of the extra cooling
use a digital thermometer to measure your case-temp - it shouldnt be more than about 10 deg hotter than room temp
