Do I have any legal power over this?

Rewind, Summer 2002, I was told to quit a job due to my low GPA. Ok, sure, I'll leave.
Goto current, Spring 2003. Same job. New employees. They got low GPA's but they are allowed to work. They won't talk to me about this issue, as I'm not part of the company anymore.

This is a school job. Is it legal to lax the rules for others but enforce them just for me.?

since they didnt fire you....I dont know about the legalities...does it suck? yes...should you move on with your life and forget about? yes, unless you are seeking a new hobby and want to make a big deal out of it

Technically they did fire me, since I Never wrote a letter to resign.

they only technically fire you if your employment was involuntarily terminated...your employee records should be available to you...however a lot states (Michigan which is the state that I live in included) have whats called at will employment, meaning your employment can be terminated without reason at any time by either party....you might want to look into that
