Do I have a virus? (Pictures)

This text was recently added to my IE titlebar, it is present on all webpages I visit: Picture

I have done a full scan with Norton 2002 but it was unable to find any viruses.

I'm running XP Pro with 2 users, only my user is affected. When I am logged on the other account, the text isn't there...

Should I be worried, does anyone recogninze this?

NOt sure how it happened but its easay to change it back.. Use Xteq.

Probably some "spyware". Run "Spybot-Search & Destroy" (freeware):
