Umm your 21 years old. I don't think I would chalk it up to being an alcoholic yet. I would do as other people have suggested slow down or don't go out partying the night before you have to work early. Also making some friends, that do something besides party would be cool. Go hiking or camping or whatever, that can be a blast w/ a good friend.

classicaly speaking, when drinking has a substantial negative impact on the rest of your life, yet you continue you are either trying to pull a prolonged leaving las vegas, or you have a problem.

You guys are what I do when I am not drinking or working!

I think I have the answer you want to hear.

You need to develop a system, whereby your drinking doesn't interfere with work. When I'm drinking on weeknights, I never stay out past midnight, and I set my alarm an hour earlier than usual. When the alarm goes off, I get up and drink a ton of water, then go back to sleep for an hour. Then I wake up and shower and eat breakfast and go to work.

For me, this system eliminates my hangover, and keeps my drinking from interfering with work. Maybe it won't work for you. Just experiment and find something that does.

sounds like a good system
