Do I have a crappy PhII 1055t?

Got me a 1055t today. Popped it in and naturally started overclocking the thing.

I can't even attain 3.64GHz at 1.5V. I've disabled virtualization mode, turbo core, C1E, ACC (though I've tried using ACC), and CnQ. I reduced the HT link and NB speeds to below 2GHz, so that shouldn't be an issue. RAM is running well below stock and at very relaxed latencies. I tried using 13, 13.5, and 14 multipliers, to no avail (14 is stock).

I read about disabling PCIe spread spectrum, but I can't find an option for that in my BIOS. Could not find an option for LLC. So, am I doing something wrong? Or is the chip a crappy OC'er?

Stepping is CCBBE CB 1034MPMW if anyone's interested. Google returns nothing but one result for this stepping.

What is ur mobo? 1055T OCing depends a lot on your motherboard.

Gigabyte MA790GP-UD4H.

Biggest issue I can see right now is the 4+1 phase PWM, but so long as I keep the volts low to avoid making some electronic toast I can't find an issue.

I came across another user who has a 1090T @1.47v on this board, so I want to say it's safe.

Edit: it's actually identical to your board, mine is just an update of yours.
