Hi,
Having a quandry here...Purchased an MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R mobo used, comes with no discs or anything. Question is should I download any BIOS or drivers for installation with my AMD Athlon 64 3200 processor? (already mounted to mobo)

Here is the link for MSIs driver and BIOS downloads

http://www.msicomputer.com/support/TechSupport.asp

..Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I wouldn't mess with the BIOS unless you are having problems, but it wouldn't hurt to have the drivers (e.g - chipset, audio, etc.)

I wouldn't worry about downloading a bios, unless you have some absolute need to update the bios. As for drivers make sure you download those for sure, chipset drives, and any drivers for onboard devices such as audio, lan, sata if needed.

My fear is downloading and installing the WRONG drivers for everything...Sort of confusing list of drivers for a Newb...

Unless you are having problems or need the BIOS update for something specific then I would strongly recommend that you DONT mess with the BIOS.

Updates are always good to have so spend some time reading the web site and make absolutely sure you understand what you are doing before you go ahead. I must admit that the MSI web site is not the best for making things absolutely clear but go slow and you will be fine.
