do i change g80gts for 9800gtx?

guys atm i have a g80gts 320mbs , and im able to trade it for a 9800gtx for a good deal , should i proceed or not ?

AMD 4850 is a better buy and is cheaper if you can't find the GTX for cheaper than $220. Some people have got the 4850 for $150.

ic but im trading whit a friend , i probbly can get a better deal talking to him, what i mean is ... im able to get this 9800gtx but i dont know if ill get a good perfomance gain ... if i get like 30-40% performace gain should be great , but i dont know if ill get it , can some1 tell if the 9800 is a good upgrade for me ?

Yes youll notice a difference, especially if you OC it. Those 9800GTX cores go hiiiiiigh.

Plenty of 9800GTX at newegg also for under $220 shipped Brand New and you get to keep your card and sell it for around $70.

But the HD 4850 is the best buy and it's faster than the 9800GTX.

Agreed. Do NOT give him your card + $220. He is ripping you off. You could purchase a NEW 9800GTX for that much.
