Do I call tonight or wait... (YAGT) -Update

For those of you that didn't read my thread yesterday I got a number last night. I don't know if I should call tonight or wait. I don't want to seem too desperate but I also don't want to seem unintersted. What is the best amount of time to wait before calling?

Either call at like 10 tonight (don't call at like 8...) or call tomorrow night. She has to believe you weren't sitting around all day thinking about it...which clearly you were. ;)

Thats total and utter crap.

If she gave you a real phone number, she gave it to you because she wants to talk to you again.

If she didn't want to talk to you again she wouldn't have given you a real phone number.

Man, I hate when people start making up rules about when to call. If you got something to say and like the girl - call now. Otherwise wait, but don't be surprised if she has other plans when you call.

Yeah, I think I might call tonight, I know its a real number cuase I was putting it my phone and it got lost the first time, so she gave it to me again and it was the same. I just don't want to seem too desperate. A friend was telling me about when a guy got her number, by the time he called 3 days later she was really wanting him to call, but I do have a limited window and no class for the next four days before finals.

Look man.... It's like this. That stupid rule about waiting is bogus. The truth is...if you got a number, she gave it to you for a reason. Just be your charming self and talk to the girl. If you're pressed for time cause you're leaving town, you need to tell her so she'll know that you don't have much time to get together with her. So talk with her and casually bring up how you can't wait to go wherever you're gonna go and ask if she's free anytime before then to get together and TALK. It'll work... ;)

Be sure to call at some random time, like 8:37. If you call at 9:00 on the dot it looks like you scheduled it ahead of time or something.
